Hi, I am Teena Elrod founder of Whole Body Wellness Texarkana LLC

I have been in the health and wellness space since 2014. I have felt a deeper calling for the last couple of years and took the leap and became certified in Naturopathy, Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis, HTMA (hair tissue mineral analysis) and ZYTO (biofeedback) Scan, to serve my community and beyond in a whole body approach to healing. My desire is to improve whole body wellness, physically, mentally and spiritually.

If you have been told by your doctor that all your labs are normal but you know in your heart that something is "off", this is where I come in! I take your labs and other testing to go to root issues and develop protocols to address those issues to begin your healing journey.

Mission & Approach

The goal is to restore balance within the body by finding root causes and address it so the body can facilitate its own natural healing to regain balance/homeostasis. As a Certified Naturopathic Practitioner, I guide and teach my clients in natural health approaches such as detoxification, dietary wellness, the use of herbs and homeopathy, enzymes, minerals, exercise, rest, and many other natural health modalities.

· Assists with stress relief of both mind and body

· Addresses the underlying cause of ailments

· Provides education on herbs, homeopathy. Therapeutic oils, and other natural substances
